At Plushible, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
